There can be a few reasons why there is no data for an active ad campaign in the dashboard:

  1. Ads are still waiting for moderation. Rontar cooperates with the largest third-party networks, most of which review your ads before the start of an ad campaign. So, if you have just made your first payment, there may be a period when your ads are still awaiting review by some of our partners and you see small numbers or no data at all in your dashboard. Please allow us a few hours to get your ads up and running.
  2. Some or all of our partners declined the creatives due to their Ads Policy. Most third-party networks have their own ads policies. A situation may occur when some or all of our partners decline your ads. If this happens, you will see small numbers or no data at all in your dashboard.


Please allow us at least 2-4 hours to get your ads up and running. If you still see no data in your dashboard after this time, please contact us at support@rontar.com.
